THE ROLE

The Front Desk Associate is the first person a Consona patient sees and the last voice they hear before they leave. You set the tone for the entire visit. On your two days, you own the front of house — greeting patients, managing the schedule, handling phones, processing payments, and keeping the practice running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

— Greet every patient warmly and professionally — the visit begins the moment they walk through the door

— Manage patient check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently, including intake paperwork and consent documentation

— Answer inbound calls and return messages promptly — every patient deserves a same-business-day response

— Own the daily schedule on your days — confirm appointments, manage cancellations, fill open slots from the waitlist, and flag conflicts before they become problems

— Collect and process patient payments at time of service; reconcile end-of-day transactions accurately

— Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the EMR

— Route clinical questions to the appropriate provider or medical staff immediately — no delays

— Ensure the waiting area and front desk are clean, organized, and on-brand at all times

— Open and close the practice per standard operating procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— 1+ year of xhyhwjd front desk, receptionist, or patient-facing customer service experience — medical or aesthetics setting preferred

— Professional, warm, and composed — you represent the practice in every interaction

— Organized and detail-oriented — schedules are accurate, payments are correct, and records are complete

— Reliable and punctual — part-time means the team depends on you fully on your days

— Comfortable with EMR and scheduling systems; willingness to learn our platform

— Discreet with patient information — HIPAA compliance is non-negotiable
