Learn more about us at: Position Summary The Accounting Specialist will perform a variety of bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is able to work independently as well as part of a team and has strong client service skills. Responsibilities Process client invoices Maintain client accounts and coordinate with sales team Record client payments Collections A/R reconciliations Record e-commerce sales Process client applications Process USPS mail Process Franchisee(s) bi-monthly/monthly reports Sales tax reporting GSA reporting Track budget expenses Skills 5 or more years of related experience. Proficient in Google Workplace applications, Quickbooks Online/Quickbooks Desktop, and Adobe Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, PayPal, Ariba, Transcepta, and Coupa is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Securis
