Meeting with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right coverage
Building and growing your own book of business
Staying sharp on products, carriers, and industry changes
Showing up every day ready to compete with yourself, first and foremost

Requirements

An active insurance license (preferred) or previous sales experience
A genuine hustle. You don't need 10 years of experience, but you do need drive
Strong communication skills and real comfort talking to people
Someone coachable you don't have to know it all, you just have to want to learn
A long-term mindset. We want people building a career here, not passing through
