We are seeking a high-performing Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join an elevated, service-driven fine dining restaurant focused on delivering a world-class guest experience.

This is a development-focused leadership role designed for a strong AGM or senior restaurant manager who is ready to grow into a General Manager position within 18–36 months , with long-term potential to progress into multi-unit leadership.

We are looking for someone with strong fine dining fundamentals, leadership ability, and a clear upward career trajectory, not someone looking to remain in a static role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and service execution
• Support multiple dining experiences within a single venue
• Run pre-shift meetings and reinforce service standards
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle guest recovery with urgency and care
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching FOH team members
• Assist with labor management, scheduling, and operational execution
• Support P&L awareness including revenue, labor, and cost controls
• Serve as a key leadership presence on the floor during service
• Help maintain consistency, discipline, and hospitality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience (required)
• Full-service, high-touch restaurant background
• Strong understanding of FOH operations and guest experience
• Exposure to P&L, labor management, or operational reporting
• Strong leadership presence and calm decision-making under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience excellence
• Growth mindset with desire to progress into GM-level responsibility
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ideal Background

Candidates may come from:

• Fine dining or upscale independent restaurants
• Michelin-recognized or chef-driven concepts
• Luxury hotel restaurants
• Tasting menu, omakase, or multi-course service environments
• Strong FOH leadership roles (AGM, Floor Manager, Service Manager, Captain with management duties)

What We Are NOT Looking For

• QSR or fast-casual backgrounds without fine dining experience
• Purely corporate or chain-only management experience
• Candidates not comfortable working the floor during service
• Individuals not seeking long-term leadership development
• Managers focused more on systems than guest experience and people

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
