Job Description As a Roofing Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our roofing division. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of roofing products and services. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide accurate estimates. Present and explain roofing products and services to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company. Qualifications Proven experience in roofing sales or a related field. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, products, and installation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
