We're looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our 1st shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and an interest in CNC machines, electrical systems, welding, troubleshooting, and industrial equipment who wants to learn from experienced maintenance professionals.

You'll get hands-on experience maintaining the machines, equipment, and facility behind a 210,000-square-foot precision manufacturing operation—and build skills that can take your maintenance career to the next level.

You'll work alongside experienced Maintenance Technicians while developing hands-on skills in CNC maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, electrical systems, facility maintenance, and more.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll help keep our machines, equipment, and facility running safely and efficiently.

You'll:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines
• Work alongside experienced Maintenance Technicians to learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
• Check and maintain coolant and oil levels on CNC equipment
• Change filters and perform routine equipment maintenance throughout the facility
• Help maintain and repair shop and building equipment, including lighting, fans, air conditioning equipment, forklifts, cleaning equipment, and more
• Assist with maintenance and repair projects throughout the shop
• Help ensure machines and equipment meet safety requirements
• Perform work using aerial lifts and other maintenance equipment
• Develop your knowledge of industrial maintenance, machine tools, electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and facility maintenance

What We're Looking For

We're not expecting you to know everything on Day One.

We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in industrial maintenance.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work
• Are interested in CNC machinery, electrical wiring, mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and building maintenance
• Know how to safely use common hand and measuring tools
• Enjoy solving problems and figuring out how equipment works
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Are organized, dependable, and able to work well with others
• Are comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the day
• Are comfortable working at heights using a man lift

Even Better If You Have:

• 1+ year of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
• Technical, vocational, or apprenticeship training
• Previous exposure to CNC machinery
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices
