NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician | Greater Milwaukee Area
We're working with a growing manufacturer in the Greater Milwaukee area looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team on 1st shift.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently troubleshoot equipment issues, perform both preventive and corrective maintenance, and keep things running in a fast-paced production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
▸ Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures
▸ Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime
▸ Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
▸ Maintain accurate work order and maintenance records
▸ 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
▸ Electrical troubleshooting experience required
▸ Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technologies or related field preferred
▸ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
