Graduation from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). Education for Nurse Practitioner: Master's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Experience: Three years of experience in family medicine preferred. Language: Oral and written fluency in English and oral proficiency in medical Spanish required (fluency preferred). Current or eligible for unrestricted licensure in the State of Colorado. Active DEA licensure or eligible for DEA licensure (new graduates should obtain within a year of hire). Valid national and state of Colorado certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and in compliance with requirements.
