Travel Required: Yes Location: Boxford, Laurel, MD 20708, USA Rate: $22 per hour Posted: May 14, 2026 Responsibilities Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fulfilling their dreams with a person-centered focus. Teach independent living and daily skills, addressing social, environmental, and health care needs such as grooming and personal care. Actively plan, coordinate, and participate in social activities and community outings. Instruct, support, and participate in household tasks such as cleaning, preparing meals, and food shopping. Qualifications Earned high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Valid driver’s license with ability to communicate effectively with the individuals served. Experience in a residential setting serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or other special needs populations (rehabilitation settings, nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals, behavioral health settings, etc.).
