OB Hospitalist / Laborist | Fort Worth, TX | collaborative care model - guaranteed base + bonus

Job Overview Seeking full‑time BE/BC OBGYNs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNs and CNMs in Fort Worth, TX. Roles available: OBGYN Director‑level, OBGYN Physician, Laborist/OB Hospitalist. Practice Model Work in a collaborative care model with physicians, midwives, dietary needs, wellness coaches, holistic care, that allows providers to work at the top of their skills. The clinic model is at least 1 FTE OBGYN at a director level, 3.5 laborists, and 4 CNMs. Responsibilities OBGYN - 1:4 call rotation with CNMs support (can be doubled up with clinic on weekdays) OBGYN - 2.5 days in clinic + 1 surgery day per week Laborist role is required to do 7 call shifts a month in‑house Outpatient clinic location on hospital campus Full‑scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, with multiple venues for gynecological surgery Friendly, collaborative environment dedicated to excellent patient care & committed to ensuring providers have work‑life balance More days off than a typical practice and manageable call shifts, with the OB/GYN team providing backup call coverage for CNM hospitalists on 1:4 schedule with PRN pool to fill in for team vacations and extended leaves Comprehensive care team to support you and your patients (including LCSWs, lactation, education and other specialists) Innovative and integrated tech platforms to drive patient engagement and create efficiency for providers Continuing Education plus an allowance for medical conferences Supported by a national practice network helping to grow your practice; streamline operations; and support continuous quality improvement efforts Benefits Competitive compensation - NOT an RVU model allowing you to have clinical autonomy without the pressure of wRVU thresholds Guaranteed base + annual bonus Sustainable work structure that respects life outside of the hospital: 2.5 clinical days, 1 surgery day, manageable call, where midwives take first call Earlier access to meaningful clinical work: Surgical and procedural opportunities are integrated early, supporting skill development.
