Hybrid - 4 days on site, 1 day remote

Job Description:

• This position reports to an Engineer within the client Field Assurance Department.
• This department is responsible for fielding and processing of customer complaints about products.
• The complaints may come from patients, health care providers including physicians, nurses, or other health care staff.
• This department investigates the root cause of failure, and processes reports to regulatory authorities.
• This position will be responsible for working in a laboratory environment processing returned medical devices.
• Proper usage of personal protective equipment and biohazard lab safety practices is essential.
• Candidates will also assist the complaints department with the daily processing of electronic records related to those complaints.

Education:

• Associates degree or two years of experience within a regulated industry.

Experience:

• Preference for candidates with background in data entry, processing, analysis, with a high degree of accuracy.
