Information Technology Specialist

What You’ll Do Serve as a key technical resource for the company’s ERP system (Infor CloudSuite) Support and improve company-wide IT systems — hardware, software, networks, and security Build reports, analyze data, and deliver insights to leadership Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across computers, printers, scanners, and servers Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware Partner with IT leadership and vendors to drive system improvements and upgrades Assist with cybersecurity, backups, system monitoring, and asset tracking Create user guides and training materials to help teams work smarter What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience Experience with an ERP system (Infor experience is a plus, not required) Comfort troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues Basic networking knowledge (DNS, LANs, firewalls) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta area Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $65,000 401(k) with company match Group health insurance Two weeks paid vacation Five paid sick days Paid holidays Long-term employee tenure and a supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your technical and analytical skill set About the Company Headquartered in Smyrna, this multi-state organization has been an industry leader for over 70 years.
