Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and sales-oriented Marketing Agent to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers and present products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support promotional campaigns designed to generate customer interest and sales. Participate in in-person promotional activities and community events. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and customer engagement activities. Support individual and team sales goals. Collaborate with team members to achieve promotional and sales objectives. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive Salary: $40,000 – $44,000 per year.
