Registered Nurse (Long Term Care) - Join Our Compassionate Team at Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Long Term Care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents in North Riverside, Illinois.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

Assisting with medication management, administration, and documentation
Conducting vital signs and monitoring resident health status
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Requirements:

Current Illinois RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in Long Term Care or similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
