Senior Director of Employment Law & Compliance

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks an Employment Law Advice & Counsel to partner with HR and leadership on a broad range of matters including hiring, performance management, discipline, leaves of absence, and terminations.
You will lead internal investigations, support employment-related litigation, and help shape policies across state lines, focusing on compliance and workforce risk. JD and 8–10+ years’ experience required; Texas bar eligibility preferred.
