Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to drive customers to requested locations.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and a comfortable environment.
• Ability to assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department.
• Ability to operate the overhead doors as needed to assist customers or service employees and to maintain the best possible shop working environment.
• When delivering completed vehicles to their owners, ability to thank them in a friendly and courteous manner and let them know we appreciate their business.
• Ability to maintain high level of personnel grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service driving role, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to service.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history.
