Your role as a Service PorterAs a Service Porter at O'Steen Volvo Automotive Group, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the smooth transportation of our customers to and from their homes or workplaces while their vehicles are in the shop. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with various errands, such as parts deliveries and pickups, dropping off mail or title work, and helping maintain the cleanliness of the shop by handling tasks like taking out the trash and mopping floors. Your role as a Service Porter is essential in providing top-notch customer service and contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our team.
What we're looking for in a Service PorterTo excel as a Service Porter at O'Steen Volvo Cars of Jacksonville, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for transporting customers safely to their destinations. Additionally, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail will be beneficial in carrying out tasks efficiently, such as handling parts deliveries and ensuring the shop remains clean and orderly.
