Lead Loan Processes : Oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service. Address Delinquency : Proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency. Leadership and Influence: 1‑2 years of leadership/management experience showcasing proven skills in influencing and leading others, with a focus on personal and organizational growth. Educational Background: High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Industry Experience: 1‑2 year(s) in the consumer finance, lending, or banking industries preferred. Work Location: 7071 S 13th Street, Ste 103, Oak Creek, WI 53154 Hours : Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons Base Salary: $60,500 - $87,500 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full‑time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. All full‑time employees are eligible for benefits, starting day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(K) program with company match, 30 days post hire, starting on the 1st of the month.
