Principal Architect (Cloud, Rapid Prototyping & GenAI)
Location: Remote in USA

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for healthcare products and services.

Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas to validate technical and product feasibility.

Leverage Generative AI models and frameworks (LLMs, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, etc.) to build intelligent healthcare applications.

Write clean, scalable code and infrastructure as code (Terraform, GCP Cloud Run, Firestore, PubSub, BigQuery, etc.).

Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.

Ensure architectural decisions align with security, scalability, and healthcare compliance standards.

Continuously explore and recommend new technologies and frameworks to support innovation.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

Strong hands-on expertise with GCP (preferred) or other cloud platforms.

Experience in rapid prototyping and delivering functional MVPs.

Solid knowledge of GenAI, including prompt engineering, API integration, Vertex AI, and use of LLMs in production environments.

Proficient in modern development languages such as Python, Typescript and also building REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI

Experience with containerization (Docker based) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).

Experience with Frontend Frameworks such as React is a plus.

Understanding of healthcare domain, data standards (FHIR, HL7), and compliance (HIPAA) is a plus.

Self-driven, highly technical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
