Job Description The HRIS Specialistis responsible for the end-to-end administration, configuration, and enhancementsofCRB’sHuman Resources Information System.Acting as both a technical and functional expert, this role safeguards the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data while supporting HRprocesses. The analyst works closely with Human Resources, IT,payroll,and other administrative teams to implement systemupdates,system maintenance,troubleshoot issues, and enhance the platform in alignment with industry best practicesongoing organizational needs.Success in this position requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong knowledge of HR processes and a dedication to continuous improvement. A high level of discretion, accuracy, and familiarity with HR policies and procedures is essential. Serve asmain administrator forHuman Resource Information System (HRIS)and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)including managing software updates, regression testing,and performing regular system troubleshooting and data corrections.Areas include but not limited toperformance management, leaveand paid time off administration,employee and managerself-service,anddata imports/exports. Responsible for the accuracy of data integrity across all platforms and contributes to system testing, report generation, and the evaluation of data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement. Serve as the primary technical support contact for HR system users, providing training, analyzing, andresolving system-related issuesproviding prompt and effective support to stakeholders. Drive partnershipwith IT, payroll,HR,and external vendors to manage system integrations, workflows, and system notifications to maintain system functionality. Lead regular system audits to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. Pointof contact toreviewusersecurityroles and permissionsassignments tothe HRIS complies with data privacy regulations. Partner with IT Data team to generate and maintainPower BIdata and HRIS report requests from the business. Generate custom reports and dashboards from HR data to analyze workforce trends and provide metrics for departmental use. Support the evaluation, selection, and decision‑making process for a new HRIS platform and provide data‑driven recommendations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department. Serve as a backup to HR Coordinators and assist with conducting new hire orientation and providing regional support for onboarding and offboarding. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Associate orBachelor’s degree in Human Resources,Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline, is preferred. Minimum3-8yearsof hands-onHRISplatformadministration and configuration experience.Dynamics 365 F&O ERPispreferred Additional Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on configuration experience withHRIS/ATSsystemsand platforms. Hands-onexperiencewith reporting tools; PowerBI preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP function, and formula writing, is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles. Strong problem solving and user support orientation Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize,multitask,and work with minimal direction/supervision. Ability to investigate and learn new technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Results-oriented with emphasis onfollow-throughand ability to carry tasks to completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstratable experience in overall Human Resourcescommunication. Continuous improvement experience is preferred.
