Responsibilities may include: * Providing companionship and emotional support * Assisting with activities of daily living * Meal preparation and light housekeeping * Medication reminders * Assistance with mobility and transfers, as permitted by your training * Providing transportation or accompaniment to appointments and errands when applicable * Following each client’s individualized care plan * Communicating client needs and concerns to the office * Maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: * Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping others * Dependable and punctual * Patient, respectful, and professional * Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes * A strong communicator * Able to follow care plans and company policies * Experienced in senior care, home care, CNA work, or personal care preferred, but we welcome qualified applicants with a strong desire to provide excellent care Qualifications * Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, HHA, or related experience preferred * Must be able to pass required background and employment screenings * Reliable transportation is preferred for applicable assignments * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Always Best Care team Join Our Team If you’re looking for work that is more than just a job and want the opportunity to positively impact the life of a senior or family, Always Best Care would love to hear from you.
