As a Staffing Coordinator at Fairview Nursing Care Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our skilled nursing facility. About the Role:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and staffing needs of our facility. This includes coordinating with nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. You will also be responsible for reviewing resident assignments, updating schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate staffing assignments with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Review resident assignments and update schedules as needed
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
Communicate with healthcare professionals to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues
Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing and scheduling
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
Identify and resolve staffing-related issues and concerns
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
