Datacenter Infrastructure Specialist

The candidate should have the in-depth understanding on the Datacenter Infrastructure components with the industry leading technology of hybrid cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions on the Datacenter Exit Strategy and hybrid cloud solutions with the concepts of managed cloud services, migration, automation & continuous improvements

• Contribute to the acquisition of new logos within North America on pre-sales activities

• Good understanding on the architectural knowledge on compute storage and network on hybrid cloud environment, understanding of the migration plan, methodologies, and tools.

• Complete ownership of strategizing, conceptualizing, planning, and designing RFP/RFI responses for IT Infrastructure Services Products / Technologies

• Collaborate with an internal team of Technical Architect, Specialist, delivery to ensure relevant solutions are developed for Client clients

• Prepare the scope of service, do effort estimation, differentiators, articulate value additions, structure service level agreements, integrate the process maps for the proposals

• Supporting development and implementing sales strategy

• Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Client.

• Ensure a smooth hand-off of all new accounts to the account management teams.

• Provide the solutions with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new vertical and horizontal solutions.

• Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements.

Qualifications:

• Overall, 10 to 15+ years of experience in Datacenter & Private Cloud solution including in IT Solutions / Bid Management / Pre-Sales support

• History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions

• Demonstrable experience of managing IT outsourcing pursuing and successfully building solutions and providing pre-sales support end to end deals

• Global experience / mind-set

• History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions and competency building scenarios

• Expertise in Cloud, Data centers, Storage, Hosting, tool technologies

• Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
