???? We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Oswego, Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with students across both elementary and high school settings while collaborating with a supportive team, including a dedicated COTA.

- ⏰ Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- ???? Caseload: Elementary School & High School Students
- ???? Support: COTA Available to Assist with Service Delivery
???? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Provide therapy services to support students' participation and success in the educational environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers.
- Supervise and work closely with the COTA to ensure quality services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
???? Qualifications
- ✔ Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- ✔ Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License or eligibility.
- ✔ School-based experience preferred but not required.
- ✔ Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
