Are you an experienced accounting leader looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact? We're seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD, with a flexible hybrid schedule. In this role, you'll oversee key accounting operations, including: General Ledger Management Payroll Accounting Account Reconciliations Month-End Close Audit Coordination ERP System Administration & Upcoming ERP Transition We're looking for a hands‑on leader who can drive accuracy, streamline processes, and mentor a high‑performing accounting team while supporting strategic system enhancements. What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior accounting management/supervisory experience Strong General Ledger and reconciliation expertise Payroll accounting experience Excellent leadership and communication skills This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy both accounting operations and process improvement initiatives, including ERP transformation projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
