Service Manager

The Boucher Automotive Group has a rare opportunity for Service Manager POSITION: The Boucher Group requires an Experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the largest and most successful Service Departments in southeastern Wisconsin. This is a rare and exceptional opportunity for a driven leader with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department Ensure top-tier customer service and high CSI scores Manage technician productivity, workflow, and lane operations Utilize CDK software (required); experience with any OEM is welcome Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service professionals Qualifications Proven experience in automotive service management or director-level roles CDK experience is mandatory Strong customer service and team leadership skills Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years) Drug testing required Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package including a strong base salary/commission, health insurance, dental, vision, cafeteria plan, and paid vacation days.
