Accounting Clerk

An Accounting Administrative Assistant handles the daily clerical and bookkeeping tasks that keep a company's financial operations running smoothly. They bridge the gap between administrative support and accounting by managing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling basic accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

The Accounting/Admin is responsible for overseeing functions while supporting payroll, accounting, and administrative operations within the company. This role manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy compliance, payroll processing, and personnel records while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws. Additionally, the HR Manager assists with accounts payable and receivable, financial recordkeeping, reporting, budgeting support, and other administrative functions that contribute to the efficient operation of the organization. The position serves as a key liaison between employees and leadership, promoting a productive workplace, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the company's operational and financial objectives.
