Payroll Benefits Manager

Radiance Holdings is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager in Lakewood, CO with hybrid/remote options. You will own payroll, benefits, and compensation administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while evolving into a strategic builder for scalable HR operations across brands. Candidate will lead end-to-end payroll processing, payroll tax filings, and benefits programs, and partner with leadership to shape compensation philosophy.
