Work outdoors in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. What You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid NJ driver’s license with ability to obtain a Class B CDL within six months. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (assisted) and work in trenches. Willingness to work in all weather conditions year‑round. Availability for on‑call and emergency overtime.
