Global Proposals Specialist - Aviation Sales Support

VistaJet Ltd.

Vista is a world-leading global business aviation company seeking a Proposals Coordinator to support the global sales team with a focus on the US. You will report to the Proposals Manager (UK) and help prepare tailored proposals, pricing checks, and collateral across time zones. You will coordinate with VP-level sales and across departments to refine responses, manage templates, and track proposal progress.
