Position OverviewWe're seeking a strategic, results-driven Account Manager with a strong foundation in affiliate marketing and a passion for integrated performance marketing. The ideal candidate brings experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content marketing, paid social, performance PR, or strategic partnerships, and understands how to combine these channels to build innovative, revenue-driving programs for clients.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and always looking for opportunities to grow client programs, strengthen partnerships, improve processes, and uncover new ways to drive performance. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients while collaborating closely with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies, identify new growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Do Strategic Client Leadership- Serve as the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of performance marketing clients.
- Build long-term growth strategies aligned to each client's business objectives.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, planning sessions, and executive presentations.
- Translate business goals into integrated performance marketing strategies across affiliate, creator, and partner channels.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives before clients ask.
- Own day-to-day strategy and management of affiliate marketing programs.
- Recruit, activate, optimize, and grow high-value publisher relationships.
- Expand programs across traditional affiliates, commerce content publishers, loyalty partners, technology partners, creators, influencers, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate performance and recommend optimization strategies that increase revenue and program efficiency.
- Stay ahead of affiliate industry trends, platform innovations, and competitive opportunities.
- Develop strategies that connect affiliate marketing with complementary channels including influencer marketing, creator partnerships, paid social, content marketing, performance PR, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities to maximize the value of creator content, partner relationships, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Manage campaign execution from planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor performance across channels and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize to improve campaign performance.

Relationship Management- Build trusted relationships with clients, publishers, creators, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Present recommendations and performance updates confidently to executive stakeholders.
- Partner closely with internal teams across Client Services, Partnerships, Analytics, Marketing, and Product.
- Foster collaboration while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

- 3–6+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs, preferably within an agency environment.
- Experience across multiple performance marketing disciplines, such as influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content marketing, paid social, performance PR, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking initiative, solving problems, and identifying new opportunities for clients and teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for innovation with a growth mindset and eagerness to leverage AI to improve productivity, strategy, and client outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience advising senior client stakeholders.
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten, ShareASale, or similar.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate program performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
