Job Type: Full Time Job Schedule: Days, Mon - Fri Location: Taunton, MA Local Travel Required: Yes Department: Facilities Pay Range: $45,000 - $53,000 Description of Position Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking full-time skilled maintenance technician to assist in maintaining several residential and commercial properties in southeastern Massachusetts. We need a technician to look for possible issues that we can fix before it’s too late. Eager to come to work and make a difference. Responsibilities include: General maintenance in both a commercial and residential setting. Painting and light carpentry. Plumbing and or electrical experience a plus. Moving objects such as office equipment and household items. Some projects may need to be done on weekends or after normal business hours. Must possess own vehicle (Pickup or SUV preferred). Wages are determined by skill set.
