Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 160-bed long-term care and sub-acute nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. We are actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team. Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. New LPN’s are welcome. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehab setting Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN/physician Assist with care planning and follow rehabilitation goals Supervise and support CNAs in daily care duties Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and facility policies Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times Compensation Hourly compensation starting at $32.00 with full benefits, up to $38.00 with no frills Weekend Differentials Employee Referral Program Education assistance / tuition reimbursement Sign-on bonus upto $4000 Baylor Program option NEW Attendance Reward Program Benefits Direct Deposit Flexible scheduling options Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Qualifications Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Previous experience in long-term care or nursing home preferred Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
