Coyote Test Engineer

What You Will Do Perform Coyote assembly, overhaul, repair, modification, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Assist in planning, perform data analysis, and support system integration and testing. Receive technical guidance and tasking from supervisors or higher-level technicians and ensure compliance with accepted practices. Frequently participate in offsite customer locations. Support operation and maintenance activities of the Coyote UAS weapon platform for the Navy customer. Communicate regularly with fellow Test Field Engineers and Field Engineering Lead to ensure solidarity within the Testing team. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Experience in repair of military sensors or radar systems. Experience in repair of military UAS systems. Experience in depot support maintenance of electronics or radar. Familiarity with tools and test equipment commonly used in electronic installation, maintenance, and test. Experience with Coyote/M‑LIDS documented training. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (current). U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Graduate of U.S. military UAS technical school. Knowledge of military protocol and past military experience. COLTS Logistics Database Certification. Self‑starter with the ability to align priorities and work independently. Excellent technical writing, oral communication, and negotiation skills. Travel Requirements Approximately 75% travel: 80% CONUS, 20% OCONUS emergency. Maximum flexibility required; travel may occur with little to no notice. Salary and Benefits Salary range: 86,800USD – 165,200USD.
