Job Title: Contract Copywriter, B2B Enterprise & Connectivity Partners Location: Austin, TX Employment Type: Contract- W2 About the Job: Our Creative Team is looking for a talented Contract Copywriter to produce partner-facing communication that engages and motivates our most strategic partners. Unlike our consumer-facing roles, this position focuses heavily on B2B technology and integration within the travel industry. You will produce content that educates and compels technical and business decision-makers while creating positive brand experiences. In this contract role, your primary focus will be supporting Hotel Enterprise Partners and Strategic Audiences (HEP/SA),which includes our large/global hotel chain partners with additional support for our airline, car rental, activities, and connectivity platforms. You will be responsible for explaining complex product features to decision-makers (such as connectivity leaders at global hotel chains or airlines) to help them understand the value of integrating closely into our technology. You will work closely with all areas of Marketing to push forward high-priority, short-term projects that connect with specific partner segments and have a measurable impact on the business. What you'll do: Support high-priority, end-of-year creative campaigns that enable our hotel enterprise partners and strategic audiences to achieve their goals. Lead message and copy development for email campaigns targeting lodging partners, including chain and headquarters decision-makers who oversee portfolios of properties. Write program announcements and related communications for connectivity partners — the technology providers that connect properties to our platform. Translate complex product, technology, distribution, and business concepts into clear, compelling content that a highly technical audience can quickly understand and act on. Ideate and write compelling messaging for our scalable marketing channels, including email, landing pages, technical blog articles (e.g., industry connectivity trends), case studies, webinar decks, event and sales materials, and more. Apply channel and content best practices, including hierarchy, copy length, CTA language, and link placement, to optimize engagement and conversion. Elevate our creative, moving beyond execution to craft work that's engaging and drives action. Partner with marketing and product stakeholders to articulate our strategic goals around communications, product, and segments. Serve as the expert on a consistent global brand voice across all communications. Who you are: Extensive experience in a related copywriting or content role. Experience in B2B technology, travel, hospitality, connectivity, or marketplaces is strongly preferred. Proven ability to write for a technical audience; you are comfortable explaining complex tech integrations, APIs, or software features to enterprise decision-makers. Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts concisely to a variety of audiences, including the highest level of the organization. Hands-on experience using AI as a creative partner, prompting to craft copy at scale, and as a copy editor to help elevate the work. An intimate understanding of copy/design and web best practices/guidelines. Outstanding spelling and grammar. Experience in the content marketing funnel, distribution, and measurement. Creative mindset and attitude with a bias for action. High attention to detail and strong project management skills. Great teammate who collaborates across a global organization. Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity. A portfolio with work samples is required in the application.
