What You'll Do

• Manage and prioritize internal customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely updates to customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge of internal products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify and escalate potential issues to management, providing recommendations for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems and tools

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of internal products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in internal systems and tools, including CRM and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with industry-standard best practices for customer service and support
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
