Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish)

About the Role You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our production floor and lead a team of skilled technicians. You’ll coordinate schedules, solve problems on the fly, lead continuous improvement, and make sure we’re delivering quality products on time. Supervise production schedules and coordinate teams to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead improvements to boost efficiency Lead daily production meetings to review goals, performance metrics, and address team concerns Develop manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital resources, and manage labor expenses Keep equipment maintained, enforce safety guidelines, and make sure quality standards are met Evaluate employees, manage the labor pool, and create or recommend manufacturing policies and procedures What You’ll Bring Have proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in fiber optics Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, or strong vocational or technical education Have 3+ years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership ability Are self-motivated with careful problem-solving and decision-making skills Communicate clearly and can manage multiple priorities at once Can pick up new methods quickly and adapt to changing needs on the floor Robust health, dental, and vision coverage that starts on day 1 401(k) with 4% match, vests immediately after a 90‑day waiting period Flexible PTO that grows over time 10 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays Schedules: Mon–Fri 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 base, plus annual bonus We’re building something big, and we want good people along for the ride.
