Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Outpatient orthopedic setting. Follow-up visits and re-evaluations are scheduled every 30 minutes. New evaluations are scheduled for 1 hour. Expected patient volume is at least 12 visits during an 8-hour day per therapist.
