Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Implement and sustain BD production system work processes for manufacturing unit
Identify critical equipment settings and develop operational standards
Train operators and associates on continuous improvement methodologies
Analyze equipment efficiency data and develop plans to improve OEE performance
Manage manufacturing change control, validation activities, and root cause analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
Two years medical manufacturing experience preferred
Three years general manufacturing experience preferred
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficient communication and teamwork abilities
Quality systems and safety expertise
Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills
