Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Locust Grove, Virginia

Engage with an established team in a modern facility featuring 140 beds and state-of-the-art equipment including Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 ventilators. Expand your expertise by working within a unit recognized for excellence, where experienced mentors and supportive staff foster a collaborative environment.
Schedule/Hours
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2 years' general RT experience
- NICU experience essential with at least a 3 in NICU skill set
- Advanced respiratory skills such as CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and mechanical ventilation/intubation assistance
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (NRP Preferred, can be obtained after hire)
- Competence with Meditech documentation system
- Comfortable in all black scrubs (dress code)
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to adult and NICU patients
- Perform procedures such as CPAP, Bubble CPAP, high-flow therapy, and provide intubation assistance
- Collaborate smoothly with physicians, nursing, and other allied health staff
