Vice President - Telecom & Digital Infrastructure

In the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group, our Vice Presidents work across many verticals including broadband, network infrastructure, data centers, cloud infrastructure, managed services, satellites, wireless infrastructure, and digital infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial analyses and review models
• Lead preparation and creation of client presentations and marketing materials
• Interact with client senior executives
• Manage deal processes
• Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-6 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)
• A demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• Meaningful exposure to the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure sector
• Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity
• Ability to support, manage and empower junior bankers
• Strong client and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA and/or JD would be an asset

Benefits

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $250,000 - $275,000 USD. Base salary is one component of Lazard Financial Advisory’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
