Workday Solutions Lead

Job ID: Feuji - 1534Reference: 2378Location: irving, TX, United StatesSalary: USD 40 - 45Experience: 10-15 yearsKey Responsibilities:Lead and deliver full-cycle Workday implementations including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.Configure, test, and deploy Workday modules such as HCM, Financials, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, or others based on project needs.Conduct functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and develop solution design documents.Build and execute test strategies including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, security, and data conversions.Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.Ensure Workday best practices, compliance, and data integrity across all modules.Prepare documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer sessions.Required Skills & Qualifications:5 -10 + years of Workday experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.Strong functional knowledge of at least one core module (HCM, Financials, or Payroll).Experience working on integrations, Workday security, and reporting is a plus.Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and lead client-facing discussions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Workday certification(s) preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with global organizations or multi-country implementations.Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, and Cloud Connect.Background in HR, Finance, or related business functions.Employment TypeContractExperience10-15 yearsSkillsworkday, Implementation
