About Frankie’s On The Park: Frankie’s On The Park is a multi-location fashion and lifestyle boutique for girls, tweens, teens and women, carrying a curated mix of the best brands alongside our own exclusive collections. With stores in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and now Glencoe, our teams work closely across markets on customer experience, merchandising, inventory, e-commerce, events and marketing. Our Glencoe team will be an important part of the broader Frankie’s network while building a strong local presence and community on the North Shore.

Overall Job Function: Oversee inventory flow, management and stockroom organization for Frankie’s On The Park’s Glencoe location, ensuring merchandise is accurately received, tagged, organized, replenished and available for both in-store sales and e-commerce fulfillment. This is a part-time, hands-on role that will work closely with the Glencoe Store Manager as well as Frankie’s broader inventory and store teams to coordinate product movement across locations. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and comfortable balancing inventory responsibilities with occasional support on the sales floor. The Inventory & Stockroom Manager will work closely with store leadership and the broader Frankie’s team to maintain accurate inventory and efficient product movement. Part-time, up to 31 hours per week. Anticipated schedule is approximately 5–6 hours per day, five days per week, with flexibility around deliveries, events and peak retail periods.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

·      Receive incoming merchandise for the Glencoe location and ensure all product is accurately checked in, tagged, hung or folded as appropriate.

·      Move newly received merchandise to the sales floor quickly and ensure all available styles and sizes are properly represented.

·      Maintain accurate backstock and replenish the sales floor throughout the week.

·      Support inventory transfers between Glencoe and other Frankie’s locations as directed.

·      Pull, pack and process merchandise for Glencoe store and transfers, including unpacking and reconciling product upon return.

·      Fulfill online orders from Glencoe inventory as needed.

·      Support regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure Shopify inventory remains accurate and up to date.

·      Identify inventory discrepancies promptly and work with store leadership to resolve them.

Stockroom Management:

·      Organize and maintain the Glencoe stockroom to maximize space and make merchandise easy to locate.

·      Ensure merchandise is stored neatly and consistently using appropriate hangers, bins and storage systems.

·      Establish and maintain clear stockroom protocols for receiving, backstock, replenishment and transfers.

·      Help train store associates on inventory and stockroom procedures.

·      Maintain clean, organized receiving and storage areas at all times.

Store Sales & Operations Support:

·      Work on the sales floor regularly as needed, assisting customers and supporting daily store operations and sales goals.

·      Replenish the floor from backstock throughout the day.

·      Support online order fulfillment and merchandise pulls.

·      Pull merchandise for product photography, marketing needs and local events as requested.

·      Attend and support off-site pop-ups or events as needed.

Qualifications / Experience:

·      Trustworthy, dependable and team-oriented.

·      Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to calmly juggle multiple responsibilities.

·      Prior inventory management, stockroom, warehouse and/or retail experience preferred.

·      Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

·      Strong follow-through and comfort working independently.

·      Comfortable physically moving, lifting and unpacking boxes and merchandise.

·      Willing and able to work both behind the scenes and on the sales floor.

·      Flexible availability; extended hours may occasionally be required during busy seasons, store launches, events and major inventory deliveries.
