Electrical Superintendent

Our client, a leading General Contractor specialising in mission‑critical construction, is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join the delivery team on a landmark 400MW hyperscale data center campus in Northern Indiana. About the Role Joining the project at the very beginning of construction, you'll play a critical role in delivering the electrical infrastructure for one of the largest hyperscale data center developments in North America. Phase2 is scheduled for completion in mid‑2027, with further expansion planned across the campus. Responsibilities Managing electrical subcontractors across all phases of construction. Coordinating LV, MV, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and associated electrical systems. Monitoring programme, quality, safety, and productivity. Working closely with project managers, design teams, commissioning engineers, and client representatives. Identifying and resolving construction and coordination issues. Ensuring all electrical works comply with project standards and applicable codes. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Electrical Site Manager. Proven experience delivering large‑scale commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects. Previous data center experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with experience in power generation, semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other high‑tech facilities are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of electrical building services and power infrastructure. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
