The positions are based out of based out of Northridge, CA and will report to the Business Manager over the Stand-in-Attack Weapon program. There is no telework option for this position; it will be located in Northridge, CA.This role will be responsible for implementing data driven analytics into effective program performance outcomes. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across financial management, leadership, collaboration, innovation, communication, project management, risk/opportunity management, business acumen, and proposal-based capabilities.Responsibilities:Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete; Prepare, review, and analyze program performance measurement and cost variances. Accurately forecast program financial metrics including Orders, Sales, OM and Cash Flow for both booked and potential programs, Track and manage program billings and cash collectionsGenerate and support weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews and audits consisting of operations, planning, program management and EACs, Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close deliverablesSet up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control systemSupport audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation supportMaintain project setup in Costpoint and Cobra as neededPerforms analyses and prepares program financial reports for internal and external customers relative to program cost incurrence, material tracking, and labor spending.Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure program contracts are within negotiated, agreed-upon parameters, government cost control guidelines, and accounting guidelinesPrepare and submit timely and accurate Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)Provide administrative/ad hoc support to teamSupports program cost estimate development, customer proposals, and negotiation.Basic Qualifications Level 3:Must have 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree; Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience or a Master’s degree with 4 years experience within in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationStrong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with technical subject matter experts and business operations personnel.Demonstrated experience in working independently and being proactiveExperience managing multiple projects with demanding deadlinesDemonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, while maintaining attention to detail and effective time management/organizationMust be able to work onsite in Northridge, CABasic Qualifications Level 4:Must have 12 years of related experience in lieu of degree; Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience or a Master’s degree with 6 years experience within in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationStrong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with technical subject matter experts and business operations personnel.Demonstrated experience in working independently and being proactiveExperience managing multiple projects with demanding deadlinesDemonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, while maintaining attention to detail and effective time management/organizationMust be able to work onsite in Northridge, CAPreferred Qualifications:Active DoD security clearance. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
