Support Engineer III

As a senior-level technical resource, the full-time hybrid Support Engineer III will provide remote installation support, system commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and service for enterprise security and life safety systems while acting as a subject matter expert for integrated solutions. Key responsibilities Provide remote technical support for installation, configuration, and commissioning of security and life safety systems Configure and program enterprise security platforms, ensuring optimal system performance and integration Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through remote support tools and coordinate with field personnel Required qualifications Associate degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 3-5+ years of experience in the security integration industry, with hands-on experience in enterprise security systems Strong working knowledge of enterprise security platforms such as Genetec, LenelS2, and Milestone Understanding of TCP/IP networking, Windows server environments, and database management Familiarity with remote access and remote support technologies
