Commercial Lines Client Service Manager - Forestry Team Job Category: Client Services Full-Time Hybrid Nationwide United States Job Details Position Summary: The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines of insurance to include processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Tasks: Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers Follow-up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies Processing endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to client Processing of audits, including verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums Handling/processing of cancellations and billing issues Communication with staff and clients as needed to gather needed information for changes to policies Knowledge of and adherence to, agency procedures Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as needed Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients Core Competencies: Ability to Analyze and Solve Problems: Skill in recognizing challenges, exploring options, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner Attention to Detail: A strong focus on completing tasks and projects accurately and thoroughly Communication Skills: Capable of expressing ideas clearly in both verbal and written forms and engaging with various audiences Timely Task Completion: Ability to finish tasks and projects efficiently, managing resources and priorities effectively Team Collaboration: Willingness to work together with others, promoting teamwork and supporting shared goals Client Focus: Dedication to understanding and addressing the needs of clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction Dependability: Acknowledgment of the importance of being present and punctual.
