Bartender

Henceforth Brewery is looking for an energetic, personable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who is passionate about craft beer, wine, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service while educating guests about our craft beers, wines, and seasonal offerings.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.

• Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions.

• Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with all local and state laws.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and inventory.

• Work collaboratively with the taproom, kitchen, and event teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.

• Support private events, live music nights, trivia, and other brewery events as needed.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

• Knowledge of craft beer, wine, and classic cocktails is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
