Seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for an exciting hybrid contract opportunity in a vibrant, collaborative school environment. This full-time role lets you utilize your expertise while enjoying a balanced schedule: spend three days each week working onsite supporting students and two days working from home, conducting meetings and providing virtual therapy. With flexibility built into your work week, you’ll have time to prepare top-quality services for students while also managing your workflow efficiently from home.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to a varied caseload of school-aged students, both in person and virtually.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to inform individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, counselors, families, and administrators in support of student success.
• Document and track student progress while maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with state regulations and district guidelines.
• Actively participate in meetings, parent conferences, and professional development, adapting therapy approaches to best serve diverse learning needs.
• Manage a flexible assignment, supporting multiple schools as needed (assignments may vary).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active Virginia SLP License required.
• Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued.
• Must complete a Virginia Department of Social Services background check promptly.
• VA TB test required prior to start date.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
