Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to advance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living abilities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage actively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide essential education to patients and caregivers about therapy approaches to facilitate continuous progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each patient stays on their path to recovery

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
